  • We use professional thermal drones to scan areas where a pet was last seen. Thermal imaging can detect heat signatures that aren’t visible to the naked eye, helping locate pets that may be hiding, injured, or moving at night or in dense terrain.

  • Response time depends on location, weather, and availability, but we prioritize urgent searches whenever possible. Once you contact us, we’ll quickly assess the situation and let you know the next steps.

  • Yes. Thermal imaging is especially effective at night, when heat signatures are easier to identify and there is less visual interference from sunlight.

  • No recovery method can guarantee results. However, drone-assisted searching can significantly improve the chances of locating a lost pet and providing actionable information to support recovery efforts.

  • We primarily serve the Carolinas based out of South Charlotte. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our coverage area, contact us and we’ll let you know.

  • We’ll provide guidance based on your situation, but generally we recommend avoiding large search parties, minimizing calling out, and preserving scent in the area where your pet was last seen. DO NOT CHASE your pet if seen - that could push your pet further away from where they may be staying, potentially towards more dangerous areas with busier roads.

  • Yes. All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified operators and in accordance with applicable airspace and safety regulations.
